This condo sports 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It is equipped with everything you need to vacation in style. This location on the Conchas Chinas beach is one of the most desirable locations in the area.     GENERAL:  Our unit will accommodate two couples or a family of five in comfort. You can do the math and determine that the amount of value you receive for the price is so much more than a sterile hotel room - it just doesn't make sense to pay hotel rates. And, if two couples book the condo, it becomes very reasonable. It's almost too good to be true but believe me, it is! With maid service three times a week and the maid washing your sheets and towels on your last day, your vacation will be a VACATION.

DESCRIPTION:  The MBR bedroom has a kingsize bed with sliding glass doors facing the view and the small private terrace which adjoins this bedroom. The MBA houses your washer and dryer and is decorated with Mexican tile in a style you will love. The second bedroom holds a queen bed and plenty of built ins including a stereo system, television and lots of storage. Both bedrooms are romantically decorated with Mexican decor and color.

BATHROOMS:   We have two FULL large bathrooms. Each bathroom is decorated with Mexican tile and decor. KITCHEN:  The kitchen is light and bright with white cabinets with four bar stools to use for informal meals in the kitchen.   The kitchen is completely stocked with microwave, blender, toaster, coffeemaker, and all the cookware you need to prepare meals in your home away from home. The Refrig is an open bar - whatever is good to eat is yours. LIVING AREA:   In the living room you will find two couches and a chair for your reading comfort or just hanging out.   The condo sports books, CD, Videos, and a CD/DVD player as well as a television in each bedroom. The living room area has sliding glass doors that open to the dining terrace which adjoins that room. You have a round table and five chairs if you wish to eat on the terrace. The condo has a mini split air conditioner in each bedroom but we have never used them - preferring natural ocean breezes and air from the interior fans.

VIEW:  The view is of the beach, pool, garden area, city and ocean. You couldn't ask for more. You can see the entire bay and watch cruise ships come and go, the pirate ship deploy fireworks, day boaters, fishermen, divers, and whales. You have it all. Close enough to the beach that you can hear the surf lull you to sleep at night. Watching sunsets from our deck is something to behold or the nightly fireworks from the Pirate Ship.

CLOSE TO IT ALL: Nightlife, supermarkets, great restaurants, world class shopping, parks, bakeries, bookstores, schools, hotels and the best beach in P.V.   The flavor is international with many visitors from Europe blending with the Americans, Canadians and Mexicans.   With the Mexican relaxed pace of life, you will start to unwind immediately. Shop and suntan on the beach, explore the stores and quaint neighborhoods, even take Spanish lessons at the University of Guadalajara extension site.   Trips to Mismaloya, Yelapa or Punta Mita are a breeze by bus or boat. All this within a short 10 minute walk either over the beach or up to the romantic Calle Santa Barbara to the enchanting town of Puerto Vallata's where cobblestone streets are lined with quaint white washed houses, century old churches and an inviting array of restaurants and shops. The night life sizzles, deep-sea fishing is excellent, tennis and golf are nearby; and sights of interest abound.
