Please contact us as early as possible as our condo fully books during each high season due to its location and proximity to town.

WINTER (HIGH SEASON) - November 1 through April 30
- If you are a previous guest, client of StanCorp Investment Advisers, Cotton Financial Advisors, friend, or family - call us for your preferred guest discount.
We ask that our guests are: 1) Mature adults; Guests are not allowed to bring animals and non-smokers only need apply.
Minimum stay: The minimum stay is 7 days. Stays under the minimum are on a space available basis and subject to an administration & cleaning fee of $150.
Smoking: We do not allow smoking in the condo. If smoking is desired on the terrace a $250 surcharge is collected to take care of possible later smoke eradication.
Damage Deposit: We require a $300 deposit at the time you reserve the unit which is returned to you 60 days intact; after your occupancy if no damage or telephone charges have been incurred.
Rent payment: 50% due upon reservation, balance due in full 60 days prior to occupancy. Rent can be remitted to us either in a cashier's check or money order unless you have been a previous guest.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 60 days or more before your occupancy date, you will lose our deposit and your 50% fee. If you cancel within 60 days of using the condo, then your fee can only be applied to a stay at a later date (to be arranged with the owner). At any time of cancellation, the security/damage deposit will be forfeited. E-mail for possible last minute openings with discounted rates due to unexpected cancellations.
