TO ENJOY - IN THE UNIT:  Cable TV, VCR, CD/DVD Player with lots of music and movies, telephone, ceiling fans in every room, air conditioning (but you won't need it), telephone, ability to connect to the Internet, books, videos, games, cards, and music.  There is a large plant filled terrace in which to lounge in the refreshing ocean breezes. There is a laundry area in the unit with a new in 2007 stack washer/dryer. Three times a week maid service is included with your accommodations and all linens are provided. Wireless Internet from the condo.

TO ENJOY - IN THE BUILDING:  The complex boosts one great pool which is located within steps of Casa Playa Vista. You have an English speaking administrator, secure access only by a gate code, and friendly neighbors.

TO ENJOY  - BY PROXIMITY OF LOCATION: You can walk to town (approx 3/4 mile) down the QUAINT and PICTURESQUE cobblestone lane, Santa Barbara, (millionaire's row) to the Zona Romantica and the central Malecon area or you can take a bus or taxi or do the easy beach walk and land on the town beach within minutes.

TO ENJOY - YOUR ACCESS TO THE BEACH:  Your access to the beach is right outside your door. This is the first Conchas Chinas Beach - it is one of the three interconnecting Conchas Chinas beaches - all offer just a little different access to the water.  There are quiet pools for the faint hearted and shallow approaches for those that swim in the sea.   These beaches are among the select few that offer privacy and freedom from solicitations of vendors and where you can easily swim.
