We purchased this condo in 2006 due to the fact we rented in this building about five years previously and loved the location.   Here you have everything - 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, beach, close enough to town to walk and a beautifully kept complex.    The location is in the midst of million dollar homes and where Connie Stevens and other movie stars have homes.   Julio Iglesis has a second (or third or who knows how many) home just down the street.
